I am a 500-hour trained yoga teacher and deliver in-person and online yoga classes for all levels bringing in breathwork, stretching, strengthening and meditation for a well-rounded practice. My classes are based on themes to take you on a journey to explore a particular area of the body or series of postures. I teach a dynamic vinyasa-style of yoga to build heat and energy in the body and to increase strength and flexibility.

I am running a series of workshops starting in May exploring arm balances and inversions, starting with crow pose, headstand and koundinyasana.
vinyasa yoga
An energising style in which movement is linked with the breath. These classes start with breathwork and a mindful warm up into the body. A few rounds of sun salutations help to build heat and energy for sequences focusing on strength, stability and flexibility. We’ll end with a few moments in savasana, in stillness, to reset the body and mind for the rest of the day ahead.

Are you working with an injury or health condition? Perhaps you’re starting out on your yoga journey and don’t feel comfortable in a class setting just yet. You might want to nail a particular pose, or practice with your friends.
I offer 1-1 and small group sessions for a more targeted and supported practice.
You can also double up with a yoga session and massage treatment for a feel-good self-care combination.
