Women’s wellbeing morning

Join us for a two-hour morning of energising yoga, uplifting singing, tea, snacks and chats — created for women who are always giving to everyone else.

Take a break from the to-do lists, the endless demands, and the rush of daily life. We are creating this space for you to:

  • pause

  • breathe

  • move your body

  • find your voice

  • enjoy a few moments of calm and connection.

Held between International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day, we’ll celebrate women — our resilience and tenderness, our strength and vulnerability — and enjoy the love and support of a welcoming community.

We’ll start on our mats with Jess guiding you through some grounding breathwork to help you settle. A yoga flow will allow you to connect with your body, bringing warmth, energy and a sense of peace.

Harriet will gently warm your voice and lead you through an uplifting singing session with meaningful songs to warm your heart, bringing joy and inspiration to lift your soul. No singing experience is needed — just come as you are and enjoy the sound.

After movement and singing, we’ll have time to relax with tea, snacks, and friendly conversation, giving you the chance to connect with the wonderful women in our community.

Whether you come to reconnect with yourself, celebrate womanhood, or simply start your weekend feeling calm and energised, you’ll leave lighter, grounded and restored.

We will provide some light refreshments and time to connect with each other after the yoga and singing sessions.

Flow in Harmony events, led by Jess and Harriet, offer a gentle pause in the busy-ness of life. These gatherings bring women together to reconnect with their bodies, rediscover their voices, and nurture their hearts through movement, song, and mindful practices.

In a warm and welcoming circle, you can slow down, breathe, and simply be — supported, seen, and uplifted by a community of women who understand the joy and the challenges of giving so much every day.

Combining yoga, guided reflection and singing for wellbeing, our sessions are designed to warm your hearts, nurture your bodies and grow your village. Each event is a space to restore your energy, celebrate your strength, and find inspiration, confidence and joy in your world.

Jess works with busy women to help them feel calm and restored, using her skills and experience as yoga teacher and massage therapist.

Harriet runs a singing group for women with a focus on wellbeing. As a clinical hypnotherapist, she helps her clients find new ways of thinking and behaving to work towards the life they want, and deserve, to live.
